BATH's PRIOR PARK WITH A VOIGHTLANDER VITO CD AND MINOLTA DYNAX 800SI

Car in for a service / MOT,  dry sunny weather, so a visit to the National Trust's Prior Park, Bath armed with my trusty Minolta and a newly aquired Voightlander VITO CD to while away the time.

The VITO was loaded with Fomapan Creative 200 black and white film, the Minolta with a roll of Harman Phoenix 200 colour film.  It's the second roll of Phoennix through the Minolta (24mm to 50mm f/4.0 fitted) so no real supprises of how it would turn out. As, in essence, still an experimental film this roll I rated at 100 iso instead of box speed.

The VITO CD was an Ebay purchase which came with a manual, genuine lens hood and several filter plus case, not bad for £10. In excellent condition I loaded the Fomapan straight away and off to test! No rangefinder (I do have one from a previous Voightlander purchase) but as mainly landscape work the camera was simply set to infinite and as its lightmeter was still functional that was used for setting exposure values.

Well, a success! The Minolta set up and Phoenix film performed as expected and also the Voightlander, although a few images were a little underexposed. And at the end the car was serviced and passed its MOT.
